The OneTouch link to Taskmaster simplifies the process of document image indexing and forms processing. It will be shown for the first time during the AIIM Conference & Expo, which will take place on April 16-19, 2007, at the Boston Convention Center.

The OneTouch link to Taskmaster enables users to process scanned documents in a single step with their Visioneer or Xerox DocuMate scanner. Once the link is installed and configured, the scanned documents will enter the system in batches that are in an awaiting index state. The link integration supports image processing via Taskmaster’s client/server, rules-based capture workflow platform. All documents scanned through a OneTouch link will also have improved image quality instantly via the new Visioneer OneTouch with Kofax (VirtualReScan) VRS Technology before being sent to the destination application. The OneTouch link to Taskmaster is available through Datacap.

The Visioneer OneTouch Links SDK is a wizard-based template that can be used to easily implement new functionality within Visioneer’s OneTouch interface.
Links developed with the OneTouch Links SDK will have access to all OneTouch functions, including the benefits of Kofax VRS technology that is integrated into Visioneer OneTouch. Links can be created to provide scan-to destinations, such as applications, devices (printers or fax servers) or locations (network or local folders).
