The final step in capture workflow is exporting images and data to the target systems that will process or store them. Taskmaster gives you the options required to interface with your document management, imaging system or business application. Often there are two export tasks: one outputs images with the index values for long-term storage and retrieval, while the other formats the captured data for adding to a database, ERP system, or other business application.

Captured data and index information can be exported in many formats, including ASCII, HTML, PDF, XML and Microsoft Word. You can also output data to business applications, such as your insurance claim adjudication system, or interface to ODBC-compliant databases.

Document Management Systems
Taskmaster comes pre-configured for use with leading document management systems, including DocuWare, EMC/Documentum, EMC/Legato, FileBound, FileNet, Global 360, IBM Content Manager, IXOS Open Text, Liberty IMS, Microsoft SharePoint, OIT Docfinity, Onbase, Stellent (now Oracle), Fortis Westbrook, Vignette Open Text repositories. Datacap also exports to many proprietary and homemade systems.
