Registered customers and resellers under maintenance can use Datacap's Support website 24 hours a day to obtain useful information about Datacap products, latest releases, and tips on how to best use our software. Go to the Datacap Support Site (have your password ready).
Registered users can take advantage of Datacap's Web-based Software Problem Reporting (SPR) system to view existing incidents, create a new report, or to enter a wish list of desirable enhancements. The SPR system automatically notifies Datacap Support and keeps track of all support activities, making expediting and progress reports easily available.
For advanced troubleshooting, Datacap Support personnel can be reached by telephone Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 P.M Eastern Time (call 914 366-0100 ext. 207). For business critical applications or peak production periods, special arrangements can be made for 24-hour telephone support.
